Hi, I’m the Expat Gym Junkie

Group Fitness Instructor • Les Mills Coach • Cyclestar • Mum • Doha-based

My Journey

In 2001, life handed me my greatest gift — kids. Along with the joy (and the sleepless nights!) came the realisation that my health had slipped to the back seat. I started small: one class, one walk, one better choice at a time. That snowball became a passion, and that passion became Expat Gym Junkie — a place to share practical fitness tips, busy-life strategies, and the lessons I’ve learned attending classes and coaching around the world.

Today I teach and coach in Doha, helping real people build real strength and energy. My style is upbeat, technique-focused, and friendly — I want you to leave class feeling capable and proud.
